He organises his teaching classes differently. As facilitator of
English language learning, he creates environment for the students to acquire
knowledge by doing activities themselves. He builds non-threatening, affable
and friendly atmosphere.He makes sure that each student has the opportunity to interact
during the class. He assigns small groups of students, topics for discussion to
